Terms of Service

❗By commissioning me, you agree to the terms stated in the following text. Please read it carefully. ❗

1. General Info & Ordering

💚 I reserve the right to refuse any commission without providing a reason.💚 Commissions only include contents agreed upon prior to payment. Extra elements require an additional fee.💚 Turnaround times (TAT) are discussed individually and may vary.

2. Payment Terms & Cancellation

💚 50% non-refundable deposit required upfront to start the sketch. Remaining 50% due upon sketch approval. 100% upfront is also accepted.💚 If you're paying 100% upfront and you wish to cancel before sketch approval, you will receive a 50% refund. After sketch approval, all funds are non-refundable (except if cancelled by me, see last point of Section 3).

3. Revisions, Delays & Refunds

💚 Includes 2 consolidated revision rounds at the sketch stage. Additional adjustments or changes after sketch approval cost extra.💚 If you decline extra fees, we can either finish the piece as originally agreed or cancel it 'as is' (with zero refunds if past the sketch stage, or a 50% refund of full upfront payments if before sketch approval).💚 No client response for longer than 2 weeks may result in a pause or cancellation. Resuming later is subject to my current schedule and current rates. I am not responsible for deadlines missed due to client delays.
💚 A 100% refund will only be issued if the commission is cancelled due to my own personal reasons, or if I miss a previously agreed-upon deadline and you no longer wish for me to continue working on the piece

4. File Delivery & Storage

💚 Final artwork is delivered via email as a PNG/JPG (or any formats we previously agreed upon) after full payment and completion. Clients are responsible for saving files; long-term storage is not guaranteed.💚 I may occasionally create speedpaints or alternative versions of the artwork at my own discretion, but this is not a guarantee. If you specifically require a process video/speedpaint or alternative version(s) of the commission (such as different expressions, outfits, or background variants), this must be communicated during the consultation process, and an additional fee may apply.

5. Usage Rights & Copyright

💚 Personal-use rights only. Commercial rights must be purchased separately and agreed upon in writing. I retain the rights to use the artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless a privacy fee is paid and agreed upon in writing.💚 No AI use allowed (training, datasets, or modifications). My signature/watermark must not be removed or altered. (I do not require you to credit me or link my socials when publishing the artwork, though it is always greatly appreciated!🥰)

6. Safety & Disputes

💚 Misconduct or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination with zero refund, regardless of project stage. This is only intended for serious situations (!!!) and is handled at my discretion.💚 Chargebacks or payment disputes after the delivery of work revoke all usage rights. Such cases of chargeback abuse or severe policy violations will result in a permanent blacklist from my services.💚 In cases involving chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud, or serious violations of these terms, I reserve the right to document and share my experience, including any information related to the incident, for the purpose of protecting myself and other artists.💚 All the rules listed above are valid, unless we privately agreed to something else in writing before the start of the commission :)
